Evolution of Stockfish mate finding effectiveness

Mates found by Stockfish master commits over time. Source data and discussion: vondele/matetrack.

Interactive version of the graphs in the matetrack README, updated automatically whenever new results are pushed. The graph shows either the general mate problems (matetrack.epd) or the classical endgame mates (classic280.epd), each with a chronological view (x-axis: commit date) and a commit counter view (x-axis: commits ago, defaulting to the last 50), zoomable via the slider or the mouse wheel, with the stats referring to the visible commits. Hover over the graph for the commit date and subject, left-click to open the corresponding Stockfish commit on GitHub.
